When I become burden down and over stressed, I ask God to give me a release from the stress.  It could be a good cry or a laugh or what ever is necessary to make me fill better.  Once, someone had offended me greatly, while we were sitting in Sunday Night service, I told he Lord, that I needed to release the hurt that I was feeling.  The person that was called up to sing that night was the person who had caused me the pain.  As this person began to sing, tears began to flow out of my eyes.  I tried to stop crying, but I couldn’t.  Nevertheless, I released the hurt and I felt better.

The source of my stress was the source of my release.  Everytime I think about this, I laugh.

God has a sense of humor.
